On Za obzorem ticha (Beyond the Horizon of Silence), singer Veronika Vítová set to music poems by Bohuslav Reynek, Jan Skácel, Vladimíra Čerepková and Alice Bauer, and added Moravian and Slovak folk songs and The Valley by the Canadian songwriter Jane Siberry. The songs were given chamber arrangements for piano, cimbalom, saxophone, guitar, double bass, drums and the Unique Quartet string ensemble, with arrangements by Alexej Aslamas, Petr Wajsar, Petr Kalfus, Štěpán Janoušek and Matej Benko. The album was made with the support of contributors to a Donio crowdfunding campaign.
